BRAIN HEALTH | 7.4.2016 | BY DAYA ALEXANDER GRANT, PH.D., M.S.
On this day of celebration, may we be reminded of all the things we have to celebrate in our own lives. It may be our circle of family and friends, our ability to care for others, or, simply, the fact that we got out of bed this morning.
Celebrating opens us up to expressing gratitude, being present, and feeling optimistic that we’ll have even more reasons to celebrate in the future. All of these emotions allow for a healthy mindset and benefit the brain tremendously.
Happy Fourth of July!
