Looking to our partner Lululemon, this holiday season, we are reminded to give presence rather than presents. Throughout the next few days, when you find yourself surrounded by your loved ones, try to give them your full attention and leave the texts and social media updates for another time. Showing up for each other, especially at this time of year, will be a more meaningful present than anything that can be purchased in a store.

Challenge yourself to connect on a new level with a friend or family member, maybe someone you don’t get to see often. Similarly, you can try setting screen time limits or opt to use your phone during times when you won’t be in the presence of others.
