The breath is one of the most valuable tools we have to improve our wellbeing. A large body of research demonstrates that regulating our breath, and using techniques like counting our inhales and exhales, can harness the part of our nervous system that helps us relax, feel more at ease, and have an easier time falling asleep. By simply focusing on our breath and guiding it through different patterns, you are in control of your health and healing. Try this before bed and or when you need to release some frustration.
