Move into Ease by Kyla Pearce

All of us, at one point or another, experience changes in our lives that we don’t like. When this happens, we can call upon our inner strength to be present with--instead of run away from--our challenges. We can also call upon our capacity to let go of needing things to be different. This balance, of inner strength and letting go, opens up our potential to find an even deeper sense of steadiness and ease in our lives.

Kyla Pearce is the Lead Yoga and Meditation Teacher for the LoveYourBrain Foundation. She conducts LYB’s yoga teacher training workshops to enable other yoga teachers to learn how to tailor these practices for the TBI community. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to TBI survivors so that they can direct their healing one breath at a time.
