Day 9: Meditation on Re-Connecting to the Body by Thich Nhat Hanh

This is a short meditation to help bring you to the present moment, in your body, as you are today. We will draw our attention to various parts of the body, acknowledge them as they are today, and invite in a sense of connection.

It is from this foundation of connection and awareness that we begin to plant the seeds for resiliencey, growth, and acceptance.

Carole’s mission is to bring yoga to everyone. She is an ERYT-500, and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology and has worked many years in the fields of children and family services. In addition to her full-time yoga teaching schedule in Omaha, Carole is also owner of Evolve to Harmony Yoga Studio and School, as well as the Director of their 200, 500-Hour, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Carole is also on Teacher Training faculty of several other yoga schools, and travels to teach nationally and internationally.
