Day 10: Acceptance and Joy

This meditation practice helps guide you into a place of self-awareness and acceptance, and through these qualities you'll have an opportunity to find joy. This simple guided meditation uses visualization to help you see yourself for who you are, and to let go of our self judgements and doubts by turning them into something positive and offering up self-love and a deeper understanding of the self.


Megan Whiteside is a Denver based yoga teacher whose teaching style is rooted in many years of a dedicated and varied practice in multiple disciplines and traditions of yoga. She currently teaches at multiple locations throughout Denver, including partner studio The River Power Vinyasa, as well as teaching yoga retreats around the world under her yoga company, Lacuna Yoga. As a member of the LoveYourBrain team, she is excited to bring a meditation to the LYB community.
