Day 12 : Like A River


This 6 minute meditation invites you to calm your mind and relax your body. While using the memory of a river and its flowing water, this practice encourages you to use your breath like a paddle to handle life + your thoughts. I encourage you to get comfortable, relax, and let ease flow through you.

Steph Winsor is a yoga and meditation teacher who loves to share her interests in science and spirituality through thoughtful classes, workshops, and retreats. Her work with LYB in Denver, CO sparked a deep interest in how yoga works within rehabilitation medicine. This passion has led Steph to New York City where she is a master's student at Columbia University and a clinical research coordinator at NYU. It is Steph's life goal to positively impact the world's understanding and use of yoga as an impactful tool within TBI rehabilitation and care.
