Day 9 : Meditation For Awareness


Today’s practice encourages awareness of your breath and your body with the intention of connecting you to the present moment.


I am a mama bird, yoga teacher, social worker, kitchen explorer and nature lover.  I believe in yoga because I believe in happiness! I believe in breath, movement and mindfulness. I am passionate about my practice, and know that my life is better because of it. I teach because I know that yoga can change lives. It definitely changed mine. Not only does it improve physical, mental and emotional health, but it also leads people to live in a healthier, compassionate and more mindful way.
