LYB Yoga is a six month yoga and meditation program for people with traumatic brain injury. Our goal is to support people with brain injury to strengthen and reconnect their mind and body through meditation and yoga.

LYB Yoga makes these practices affordable, accessible, and tailored to the needs of the brain injured community so that they can thrive physically and emotionally throughout their recovery process. We partner with yoga studios and fitness centers across the United States to bring LYB friendly Yoga classes to as many people as possible.
