How does the program work?
Step 1
Attend our FREE 6-week program! Each class is 1.5 hours and offers:
Gentle yoga to improve strength and balance
Meditation and breathing exercises to reduce stress
Group discussion to build resilience and community connection
Step 2
Access “LoveYourBrain friendly” gentle yoga classes, which are:
Open to the broader community but have been identified as accessible for TBI
Taught by yoga teachers who have completed our specialized training
