Led by Stephanie Lopez

Today’s practice focuses on meeting and working with challenging emotions. We’ll learn to welcome an emotion as sensation in the body, meeting it as a messenger that reveals information. You will be guided to also welcome an opposite emotion which may serve to reveal even deeper layers that wish to be seen, felt, and heard. You will then be guided to feel both emotions at the same time. This is meant to allow you to integrate what is arising and build a sense of resilience and capacity to meet whatever life brings to your table. We’ll weave in the Inner Resource to feel a sense of wellbeing and security no matter what is arising.
