Information Collection and Us
LoveYourBrain Foundation is the sole owner of the information collected on our forms and website. We do not share or sell data, including personal information.
In-Person and Online Programming
You may choose to register for a LoveYourBrain in-person or online program, including but not limited to Retreats, Yoga, Trainings, or LoveYourBrain Mindset. If you choose to register for a program, LoveYourBrain collects personal information from you via an online form. The data collected is then stored in our secure online database.
Information LoveYourBrain collects in eligibility forms and feedback forms includes but is not limited to identifiable information such as name, address, email address, date of birth, other demographic information, health information related to traumatic brain injury, and clinical outcomes.
The information provided to us from our forms is never sold to third parties. We collect this information to study, analyze, publish research, and improve the services we provide as an organization. We must receive permission from you in our forms in order to use your information for research. Personal information such as name, address, or email address is never shared for research or publications.
The data we collect is kept confidential from third parties unless we are required by law to provide it.

LoveYourBrain’s website was created using SquareSpace. Like many websites, LoveYourBrain uses cookies to collect information as you navigate our website. LoveYourBrain also collects certain information, such as device category, browser type, operating system, IP address, and other information. We use this, as a feature of SquareSpace, to analyze trends and track the navigation around our website.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for website tracking. For example, tracking traffic on specific LoveYourBrain products or tracking which webpages are the heaviest trafficked on our website.
Online Donations
Supporters who make monetary contributions through our websites (and Classy or other third party fundraising platforms) are asked to provide information, which is stored in our database. We never sell a donor’s information to third parties.
Data Retention and Erasure
In most cases, we retain your personal information to inform the growth of LoveYourBrain programming. If you no longer want us to use your information, you can request that we erase your personal information from our database. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information, we may retain and use some of your information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations (i.e., legal reporting, tax information, donation information). Changing business practices and circumstances may require that we make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this website. The LoveYourBrain Foundation reserves the right to modify its website and/or this Privacy Policy at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any such modifications.
