Blair Hennessey

Hello - I’m Blair Hennessey, a 29 year old Physiotherapy Student and Triathlete. But, before being this person I was an infantry soldier within the Canadian Forces for 9+ years. I also grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer. Unfortunately, in May 2018 I was medically released from the CF due to the compounded effects of concussions throughout my life. I spent a long time struggling with my injuries and it was truly a long journey. But, a bicycle and an insatiable hunger to find out how far I could go has brought me to where I am now. (Alongside an abundance of appointments, lots of mindfulness, and a supportive network)
