Cycling and racing has been a long-time passion for me. It helps me with focus, provides mental peace, provides opportunity for adventure, helps create community and is an outlet for the competitive side of my personality.

LoveYourBrain has been a life changer for me! I have participated in and volunteered for Retreats, done Online Yoga, participated in the Mindset program and most of all, I have found community that understands me and my challenges, accepts me for who I am, and supports me! My experiences with LoveYourBrain have inspired me to stay involved by finding as many ways as I can to "pay it forward.”
