LoveYourBrain Yoga enhances patient-centered care
We train and support Clinical Affiliates to integrate the evidence-based, 6-session LYB Yoga curriculum into their clinical services. These partnerships serve as a foundation for patients to learn yoga, mindfulness, and social connection skills early in their continuum of care as a foundation for their healing journey.
The program is appropriate for patients who want to join a skills-based group for stress management, focused attention, physical activity, and social connection.
We work with each facility to adapt the program to fit their patient demographic's unique needs (e.g., chair yoga).
We work with each facility to identify which diagnoses the program will serve (e.g., TBI, stroke, etc.) and to establish data collection procedures.
There is an annual licensing fee to cover the costs of the program development and implementation.
