LoveYourBrain's Mindset Online is a live six-week program for people who have sustained a brain injury and caregivers. We invite you to try our Mindset experience for yourself.

To begin, feel your feet on the floor, the seat beneath you, the atmosphere around you. Take a few slow, steady breaths and allow your body to soften.

With curiosity and compassion, ask yourself the following questions. Hint: It’s not about the answers as much as it is about bringing awareness to your experience. We recommend taking 1 minute for each reflection.
