Deepen your mindfulness with these tools

You could do them altogether in one day (~ 1 hour and 15 mins) or space them out over your week. We recommend repeating them as many times as you can to deepen your resilience!

Meditate

Listen to this 9 min body scan meditation, we’ll move our awareness through our physical body to become more present with this dimension of our being.

What you’ll need: A quiet and comfortable space to listen to this meditation. You can sit, lay down, or stand.

 

Yoga

Practice this 45 minute gentle yoga class to mindfully bring ease to your body and mind.

What you’ll need: A yoga mat, a large towel or blanket, and two yoga blocks (large soup cans or stacks of books works well instead!).

Yoga nidra

Listen to this 16 minute yoga nidra meditation to bring calm and ease to your whole being. We’ll use the following intention: "I embrace what is present".

What you’ll need: A quiet and comfortable space where you can lay down/sit on a soft surface (bed, couch) with a blanket over you.


As a self-paced program, you choose how often you want to use these tools each week.
