Meeting Your Body and Mind, Just As It Is

Led by Stephanie Lopez

Today’s practice focuses on welcoming and feeling your body in its current state, no matter what is arising, while building a sense of okayness and wellbeing. We’ll also explore a breathing practice that allows you to feel or imagine the breath moving in different areas of the body. The end of the practice invites a sense of spacious openness.

Stephanie Lopez, LISW-S, C-IAYT, is the Senior Director, Senior iRest® Trainer and Retreat Leader for the iRest Institute.
