What is Mindful March?

 A Movement Rooted in Healing

MindfulMarch is LoveYourBrain’s longest-running campaign to raise awareness and critical funding for the brain injury community. Each March, yoga studios and teachers across the country host donation-based classes to support free, accessible programs for people affected by brain injury.

Together, we’re building a world where healing is holistic, connection is possible, and no one feels alone in their journey.

How It Works

 1. Offer a Class

3. Fundraise for Impact

Why this matters

Raise Awareness within your yoga community about brain injury and the power of holistic healing.
Fund Free Programs that support thousands of survivors and caregivers each year.
Build Connection through shared intention, movement, and mindfulness.

You’re not just teaching a class—you’re offering a lifeline of support and solidarity.
