This class is open to all levels and will focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices designed to support both physical and emotional well-being. Your participation helps raise awareness and funds to provide free, adaptive yoga programs for the TBI community. Come as you are, move with intention, and support a cause that truly makes a difference.
