Mindset for Caregivers
You deserve a space that truly gets you.
LoveYourBrain Mindset for Caregivers program is a free, 6-week online experience — yoga, mindfulness, and peer connection — designed for individuals caring for a loved one with a brain injury.
Free | Evidence-Based | Online
Brain injury touches everyone differently — and your experience as a caregiver brings its own weight.
Caregivers often face burnout and vicarious stress, which is why this program address your needs —
because they matter too.
What is Mindset
What program participants are saying
“I felt relaxed, refreshed and supported after these weekly sessions. I am so grateful! My daughter’s brain injury is by far the most challenging event my family has experienced. The past six months were exhausting, and I found LoveYourBrain when my reserves were pretty much depleted. Thank you for helping build me back up!”
— Caregiver Mindset Program Participant
"I am so grateful for meeting the individuals in our group — everyone was open. I learned so much from everyone's contributions! After a few days I realized how I felt having a yoga class for me, focusing on me, concentrating on me, it felt good. I don't get that opportunity often. I am truly grateful for the relationships created.”
