LYB Mindset Facilitator & Retreat

About me: I'm a stroke survivor, longtime yoga educator, and adaptive yoga specialist who turned my own experience into a passion for making yoga accessible to others. I teach yoga to people living with neurological conditions and disabilities, and I love helping people experience the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and rest in ways that work for them.

Why LYB: As a stroke survivor and yoga educator, I know firsthand how meaningful yoga can be after a brain injury. I'm inspired to be part of a community that understands these experiences and gives people practical tools, meaningful connection, and support as they move forward.

Superhero: My sister, for caring for me in the vulnerable weeks after my stroke, especially for braiding my hair so I could feel like me again.

Resources: I teach adaptive yoga in person and online through Wasatch Adaptive Sports, including free weekly classes for people living with disabilities and neurological conditions. I also offer Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, guided meditations, and teacher trainings focused on making yoga more accessible. I'm especially passionate about supporting the brain injury community through movement, mindfulness, rest, and connection.
