About me: I am a yoga teacher and occupational therapist. I work for LYB to help deliver our LYB FUNdamentals series in Boston, MA and the LYB Mindset Program + Yoga online. I also co-facilitate our LYB Teacher Training and manage our LYB Clinical Affiliate Program.

Why LYB: Though facilitating the LYB Mindset Program, I have experienced first-hand the beauty and magic of the connection that can be created in an online space within this program. I am excited to continue to offer it and hold this space for others.

Superhero: My superhero is my mom! She has served as a great example of how to transform your life after loss.

Resources: As an occupational therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced a brain injury as well as individuals living with mental illness. I teach a weekly adaptive yoga class (chair and mat) through Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers, online.
