LYB Mindset Facilitator
About me: A queer TBI thriver with a background supporting a national crisis line, Meg is a 200-hour YTT instructor dedicated to the power of mindfulness, movement, and continuous growth.
Why LYB: Having experienced the transformative impact of the Mindset program firsthand, Meg is inspired to give back by holding space for others to find community, connection, and healing.
Superhero: Mary Oliver. She could take the simplest moment—a dog running on a beach, a lotus blooming in a pond, or grasshoppers in the field—and turn it into a masterclass on mindfulness, gratitude, and wonder. She taught people how to slow down, pay attention, and truly inhabit their lives.
Resources: Beyond yoga and mindfulness, Meg also supports dogs and their people through humane, evidence-based dog training and behaviour consulting. To connect or check out her resources, visit forbetterandwoofs.com.
