About me: After a traumatic brain injury at 16 years old, I found healing in nature which sparked my love for camping, traveling, and exploring national parks. I’m grateful to LoveYourBrain for helping me find a supportive community where I’ve built lasting friendships and discovered the joy of giving back as a volunteer.

Why LYB: Being part of LoveYourBrain has been a really meaningful part of my recovery, first as a participant and now as a volunteer. It’s helped me feel more supported and less alone, I’m always grateful for opportunities to keep learning and help create a positive experience for others in the community.

Superhero: My superhero is my dad. He’s always been there for me with love, support, and strength in my life, especially throughout my journey living with a traumatic brain injury. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him.
