Natalie Gavin, MS, RDN

 

Natalie Gavin, MS, RDN is a nationally recognized nutrition expert who specializes in sports nutrition, brain health, & eating disorders.

She got her start studying nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received her Bachelor in Science Degree in Nutrition Science. She went on to complete her dietetic internship and Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.

With over 1200 hours of supervised practice during her graduate program, 10 years of clinical experience including working at world-class hospitals Cedars Sinai and UCLA, and 10 years of providing athletes and high performance individuals with highly individualized nutrition coaching in her private practice, Natalie is uniquely qualified to provide athletes of all levels with the support and guidance needed to meet any health and performance goal.​

She is dedicated and passionate about helping amateur and professional athletes feel confident and empowered to make food choices that help support their health and performance goals without a side of guilt or stress.

When she's not working, you could find her at the barn hanging out with her ex-racehorse Stella, hiking with her mini doxie Luna, or curled up with a good book with her Siamese cat, Erice.
