We are healers, facilitators, story-holders and community builders - people with compassion, expertise, and lived experience who walk beside those affected by brain injury every day. In fact, more than 80% of our budget goes directly to our team. That’s $867,343 out of a $1.19M annual budget - a testament to our belief that healing is human work.

$250 –Support a facilitator to lead a free, 6-week, research-backed online Mindset program that provides peer connection and proven tools to improve mental health, mobility, sleep, and overall well-being.
$500 – Supports a virtual caregiver session led by our Teaching Team — experienced caregivers and mindfulness practitioners who offer trauma-informed, heart-centered guidance to hold grief with care and foster healing.
$1,000 – Supports licensed professionals who ensure the mental health and safety of our community, keeping programs trauma-informed, supportive, and clinically sound.
$3,200 – Fully funds our Lead Teacher to guide a full caregiver session — offering expert, heart-led support that transforms grief into connection.
