Carolyn Anne Budgell (she/her) (BA, ERYT since 2008) is an introspective and lighthearted yoga/meditation instructor based in Vancouver, BC.  Carolyn discovered yoga in 1999 as a ski bum in Whistler and now teaches all over with Lila Vinyasa School of Yoga, lululemon, various international yoga festivals / conferences and many other organizations. With relatable real-talk and gentleness, Carolyn passionately encourages others to discover their own paths to healing and reminds that it’s never too late to breathe deeply, to grow and to change.
