Sankalpa

Led by Turi Hetherington

Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word that represents your heart’s deepest desire. It’s not like a goal that you think about but rather an expression of your heart that represents how you want to feel and be in the world. When you align with it you feel a sense of meaning and purpose and experience trust and confidence in yourself.
