Meet the Facilitators
Alli Crowell is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, bilingual educator, and facilitator with LoveYourBrain Foundation whose work is deeply informed by her lived experience navigating persistent post-concussive syndrome following multiple concussions. Through accessible, trauma-informed practices and community-centered care, she supports others in cultivating healing, connection, and resilience both online and at her studio, Rise Yoga Gettysburg. Natasha Chaoua
Natasha Chaoua, CPhT, RYT-500 is a yoga instructor, healthcare professional, and founder of Dubwise Yoga whose work centers equitable, trauma-informed, and accessible mindfulness practices for diverse communities. Drawing from years of experience supporting individuals with TBI and developmental disabilities, she now facilitates and trains with LoveYourBrain to help make yoga, meditation, and brain health support more accessible to the TBI community.
