What the young adult community is saying about the LoveYourBrain Mindset program

“This group was the perfect fit. I was surrounded by peers experiencing similar life challenges, and the structure of the program helped my scattered brain stay more focused during discussions. The most meaningful part was connecting with others my age about such an isolating injury, hearing stories that felt familiar to my own, and learning tools that have worked for others that I can now carry forward in my own recovery. I truly feel like I added new tools to my belt that I can utilize moving forward.”

— Young Adult Mindset Program Participant

”In every mindset group I have participated in I feel held. It's one of the most important hours of my week. Mindset is a place where I can offload my burden, even if it's temporary. Mindset helps me continue to process my journey and my new identity.”
