LYB Mindset Facilitator

About me: I sustained a TBI five years ago and am still in the process of recovering. When I am able to I enjoy walking my dog, gardening, meditating.

Why LYB: I like LYB because of its structure during meetings and knowing I’m in a group with other people with TBIs helped me feel less alone in what I am experiencing and gave me a sense of community. I also felt warmth from the facilitators during the mindset programs which made me feel welcome. I hope to pass on that experience to other mindset participants.

Superhero: Apart from Sam Neil in Jurassic Park, I would say my superheroes are my nephews and my dog who bring joy and playfulness to my life.
