About me: I have been working closely with LYB since 2019 after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Psychology. My deep love for yoga, mindfulness, and neuroscience led me on a path to become a part of the LYB community. Growing with LYB has been a true gift in my life.

Why LYB: As a Program Leader, I have been able to connect with the most warm-hearted, beautiful humans which has made this journey extremely bright. I deeply believe in LYB's teachings and values and am grateful to share them with the LYB community.

Superhero: My superhero is my dad - he embodies compassion, kindness, and resilience. I hope to mirror any part of his being.
