About me: Yoga and meditation are a huge part of my living my best life after TBI. About 2 years after the series of concussions that changed my life, I became a certified yoga teacher and since then I have been on a journey of learning and enjoying the benefits of yoga. It delights me to be able to engage in these amazing LYB programs with you. The tools within us, connection, and validation help us build bridges to a more content life.

Why LYB: I found LoveYourBrain as a participant and was completely inspired by the transformative experience of sharing these six weeks together. I just knew I needed to be a part of it on an ongoing basis.

Superhero: My dog. She never ever lets me down, inspires me to do better, is a constant source of love, affection and joy to everyone she meets. She adds beauty to the world.

Resources: I primarily offer outdoor yoga in the summer and work at festivals and fairs when the weather permits or sometimes when it doesn't. During the fall, winter and spring I do offer one-on-one in person and online yoga coaching and co-practicing. Certified in Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, chair, and LYB, and working on Yoga Therapy Certification, presently. You can find me on Facebook here.
