COD Ranch is nestled amidst the stunning Galiuro and Santa Catalina Mountains. 3-4 participants share each cozy lodge room, which includes a shower (ADA accessible) and an additional sink or bathtub. There is also a modern bathhouse with ten additional walk-in shower stalls. Each lodge has a community room with a fireplace and kitchenette, along with outdoor seating areas overlooking the Coronado National Forest.

Our lead chef and kitchen team provide brain-healthy meals each day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Our nutrition team also provides education around recipes, meals, and ingredients. Food is served communally/buffet style (i.e., not in individual servings).

Our Retreats offer gentle yoga, mindfulness activities, nutrition support, art inquiry, and community building. With scheduled rest time, self-care is always encouraged and prioritized. Our hope is that you gain additional knowledge around brain injury healing, feel part of a community, and connect to your inner resilience.
