This meditation opens with a brief story to illustrate how our minds tend to get stuck on stories from the past that can cause us to react unwisely in the present. We’ll use mindfulness to explore the power of your thoughts and cultivate deeper connection between your mind and body. She conducts LYB’s yoga teacher training workshops to enable other yoga teachers to learn how to tailor these practices for the TBI community.
