What Life After Concussion participants are saying about the LoveYourBrain
Mindset program

“LoveYourBrain has changed my quality of life more than I can put into words. When I struggle with the daily realities of living with a brain injury, it is incredibly validating and comforting to know I am not alone, and having a concussion-specific affinity group made me feel deeply seen and understood. I’m so grateful these programs are free and that participants can return more than once.”

— Life After Concussion Program Participant

“I feel more empowered, self-confident, and in control of my injury. Hearing others share similar symptoms and life changes helped me feel far less alone, and the grounding, supportive environment gave me tools I can continue using on my own. I’m now better able to recognize my thought patterns and challenge negative thinking by reframing it into more growth-focused perspectives.”
