What the veteran community is saying about the LoveYourBrain Mindset program

“Over the past six weeks, I felt truly grateful to be in an environment where I was completely understood. While many people in my life acknowledge my condition, it was incredibly meaningful to be in a group where others genuinely understood so much of what I was experiencing. They were supportive and nonjudgmental, which I deeply appreciated. It helped me feel more open to sharing feelings that I often cannot explore with people who do not fully understand what it means to have a TBI.”

— Veteran Mindset Program Participant

“I feel great. I had my reservations at first because I had never done something like this before, but I am so grateful for my facilitator’s patience, support, and kindness. I truly feel that I achieved my goals through this experience, gaining a sense of community, understanding, and a space to explore how the different lessons connect to and impact my life after TBI.”
