About me: I have experience of concussions over the last several years. I found LYB after my last serious injury at a very low point. I have a personal and professional interest in neurodiversity and holistic health (mind/body) as well as mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic practices. I am an LCSW and work as an inclusion coach in early childhood education.

Why LYB: I grew so much personally from my connections with LYB. I learn so much from everyone with whom I come in contact in Mindset.
