About me: I am a mother, partner, teacher, and student. I work as a yoga/mindfulness teacher and as an adjunct professor.

Why LYB: Initially I came to this community inspired to share the ways in which yoga and mindfulness can help us be present with ourselves in this moment, without having to change a thing! After teaching I am a grateful witness of the bravery, honesty, and joy that comes from the members of this community.

Superhero: My grandmother, Ruth. At 98 she has shown us what it means to fully encounter each new stage of life with honesty and authenticity.
