About me: After several concussions and a more intense TBI, I have been grateful to find LoveYourBrain and have learned to use mindfulness in my recovery. I am lucky to work in The Most Magical Place on Earth, and to interact with cast members and guests as a leader and facilitator for The Walt Disney Company.

Why LYB: I am so grateful for the community I have found through LoveYourBrain. I hope to provide that sense of connection for others that has been provided to me over the last few years.

Superhero: My parents are my superheroes. My dad suffered traumatic brain injuries as a teenager and has lived with the incredibly difficult symptoms ever since, all while having an incredible career in education. My mother, a now-retired kindergarten teacher, has been his biggest supporter, cheerleader, and caregiver, and they will celebrate 50 years of marriage in 2024.
