LYB Mindset Facilitator, LYB Retreat Team

About me: I have had the honor of teaching yoga, dance, & meditation for over 25 years. As a life long student, my true passion is to connect with individuals of all abilities ensuring that they are seen & heard. My TBI journey started almost a decade ago involving over a dozen concussions which have created daily symptoms & challenges. Through daily yoga, nature walks, and therapeutic movement, I have found an amazing resilience that I love to share with other TBI "evolved" individuals.

Why LYB: I completed my LYB Yoga Certification at Kripalu in 2019 and knew I found "my people". I immediately was involved in our retreat programs as well as teaching in our yoga program. When Mindset emerged I embraced teaching online as a way to support others feeling isolated & silently suffering with TBI challenges. LYB has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge, love & passion in the Mindset virtual space as well as in-person retreats. I am truly thankful to be part of LYB which creates a safe space for individuals to heal through yoga, mindfulness, & an incredible community.

Superhero: Angelina (Nana B) was my feisty, independent Italian grandmother whom lived at home, made daily homemade pasta & bread and was an amazing role model at 98 years young! I love & miss your childhood stories, laughter, and amazing strength Nana B!
