LYB Mindset Facilitator
About me: I love being part of the LYB community, both online and in person. I strive to offer a safe, welcoming space where others can connect, process, and find support as they navigate the challenges of a brain injury—whether their own or that of a loved one.
Why LYB: I am inspired to be part of the LYB community as a Program Leader because of its commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals and families impacted by brain injury. I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful connection, education, and movement can transform lives, helping people rebuild confidence and resilience. Being part of LYB allows me to combine my passion for community building with my skills in trauma-informed practice, so I can empower others to feel seen, supported, and less alone on their journey.
Superhero: My kids are my heroes. They are creative, resilient and face challenges with determination and strength.
Resources: My virtual yoga studio is called Quite a Stretch Yoga & Zumba ltd. My main focus is accessibility for all, trauma informed and TBI-friendly.
