Our research-backed programs blend community-building, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, nutrition, and psychoeducation. All programs are free and designed for people with brain injury (including concussion), caregivers, health professionals, yoga teachers, and people interested in brain health, with specialized programs for BIPOC, Veterans, LGBTQIA+, Young Adults, and Athletes impacted by brain injury.
