In this practice, we’ll cultivate awareness and compassion for the full range of sensations—whether they’re tense, neutral, or at ease. We’ll explore offering ourselves compassion and care, and build our awareness of the body. In doing so, you’ll cultivate the ability to choose where to place your attention, offering simple affirmations to build a more compassionate relationship to yourself, whatever you’re experiencing.
