Transforming Difficulty
Led by Jonathan Prescott
This practice uses simple mindfulness phrases or 'gathas' to support presence, awareness, and care. By anchoring our attention on these phrases, and pairing them with our breath, we return to ourselves and what is true. Through this practice, we will create more space to transform our difficulties into peace and joy.
